G'day all I was as sick as it is possible to be on my first trip (mid 1980's) orut from Portland. Vic. Since then I have a system that involves Travacalm pills. One about 90 mins before departure, one as you get onto the boat and one at 1000. Makes your food taste a bit off and can make you drowsy but many trips later I've never been sick again. Oh, when Travacalm was unavailable for a while I tried Quells and they worked for me as well. Cheers Steve Hamilton, Vic =============================== www.birding-aus.org birding-aus.blogspot.com To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: =============================== |
