Have you tried the alternative frequency, Channel 64? It transmits from Como,
so you might have more chance.

Hi everyone interested in the forthcoming “Let’s Go Birdwatching” on Channel
31 in Melbourne,
We can’t get Channel 31 at our place in the Docklands. In fact we can only
really receive digital TV. I wrote to C31 to ask them about the possibility
