g'Day allLetter-winged Kites are present at some of the Coolibah lined dune swales north of Montecolina Bore to the Creek crossing on Strzelecki track. From time to time, usually after rain, LWK turn up in this area and it is always worth a look. The country is in good condition, much vegetation is flowering since good rains earlier in the season. At one location, 8 birds were present on 07 August 2007 and appear to be breeding. Other birds were also observed as far south as Yandama Creek, Lake Frome.
