These guys are widely available and kept both as pets and by more serious aviculturists so are likely to turn up every now and then as escapees in urban centres. I saw one in Centennial Park happily associating with Sulphur-cresteds and corellas earlier this year - the ease with which they can join up with these related species in most towns or cities might give them a better survival rate than your typical parrot escapee.
