They are quite common close to the CBD in Brisbane. The traffic noise masks
there flight and the can skim past roof tops, which suits their hunting
mode, I think,

All this talk of the name of Hobby leads to comment that we saw one sitting
on a TV aerial in Brunswick about 10 days ago.  I think it is possibly rare
to see one so close to the CBD.
