If you can precisely identify a particular email that didn't make it
through, and can get one of the rest of us to forward it to you so you
can forward it to Bigpond, then they would have something to work on.
ISPs get so many non genuine complaints about non delivery, where the
sender of recipient is somehow at fault, that they can't afford to waste
time trying to track down problems for which they have absolutely no
clues or evidence. Any emails would have to be forwarded as
attachments, otherwise the headers will be lost.
I can't promise it would be worth the effort though.
