Bruce is right there - some ISPs block messages that come from other
providers as they are known haunts of spammers - that could be the issue if
vicnet is seen as a spam haven? (Seems unlikely, but you never know if
others are using it as a dummy address.)
I'm more interested in how the BigPond operator managed to explain how
birding-aus gets Mike's e-mail address right 20% of the time.
