Well the Australasian race of the Black-necked Stork is likely to be separated from the Asian race as a good species in the revised Christidis and Boles as Ephippiorhynchus australis with the common name "Satin Stork'.

Maybe the town name could be Satin Town or Australis.

I don't think Satin Town would really reflect the tough reputation of the Territory though!!!
