G'day allDon't worry about inaccuracies in newspapers - I gave up reading them many years ago due to many inaccuracies on topics that were about events that included my family's activities. We should be more worried about the inaccuracies in the current high school science text books. On the current topic the year 10 text announces that wild budgies are blue and has a photo of caged birds to prove it. We cannot expect newspapers rushing news into print in an evening to get everything right but I used to expect that authors of science texts took a little more trouble and time to get things right! Back to birds and happy birding.
