Hi All,

Apart from the Snipe there are lots of other interesting goings-on in the 
Hunter at the moment. White-browed Woodswallows appear to have bred locally 
(birds sitting on nest around Kurri Kurri) and many juvenile birds in the area. 
Several juvenile Masked WS's have also been seen at the same location. 
Turquoise Parrots and 3 Melithreptus Honeyeaters have also been recorded in the 
same area over the past week. 

Brown Songlarks continue to be found around Maitland, as well as Singing 
Bushlarks and innumerous Rufous Songlarks. Stubble Quail have been heard and 
seen on these flats too.
