Wilie Wagtails

Hello,

Does anyone know of someone who would like information on a banded Willie 
Wagtail in the Perth area?  I saw one two days ago at Herdsman Lake with a 
white band and a light blue band on one leg and a dark blue band on the 
other.  He/she had a mate and was looking after 2 juvenilles in a nest.
