Today, Chris.Sanderson( Yes, he had been on the Pelagic off Eden on Sunday!) Doug Blood and I saw a Long-toed Stint in the Pond adjacent to the Main Drain 15 E . As you cross the main drain travelling west it was in the pond on the right. There were a lot of Pink-eared Duck in the Main Drain, they appeared to be in moult , they just' skittered ' along when alarmed. There were lots of Pink-eared duck in the other ponds as we travelled west and again they seem not to be able to fly. There was a Black-tialed Native Hen at the Borrow Pits. We are going back again tomorrow in to find the Calamanthus! Shirley Cameron Werribee 3030 03 9741 2997 -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
