Hi Mike You said "small falcon" so I guessed Little Falcon aka Australian Hobby.Quite right - Picture 5 shows the semi collar clearly, and the largish breast streaks. Also the build is much slimmer than a Peregrine with the wing tips extending to the end of the tail.
