Yep, that looks like a PH Rosella [he says using the expert opinion
that comes from having them in the backyard all the time]

Again it was hanging out witha crimson rosella bith of them feeding in the grass on the royal park public golf course. Its not that great resolution but to me it definately looks like a pale headed.
