Of course it was the Skylarks that were soaring! Sorry for my mistake. I could have added that the Raptors were about, apart from the Wedge-tailed Eagle we saw Swamp Harriers, Whistling Kites, Black-shouldered Kites, Brown Falcon, Kestrels, and Black Kite too.
