    Hi Colin and others,

I have also observed an oddly plumaged Wood Duck at Broadford in
central Victoria. The bird I saw was a female that had white
splashes on its head but the rest of the body was fawn and light
grey rather than the usual colours. Other unusual plumaged
waterfowl I have seen over the years have been a leucistic Pacific
    Black Duck and Pink-eared Duck.

    Michael Ramsey, Broadford.
