My Mother, also a Blue Mountainsite has spotted a Sun-Bird in their suburban
backyard. The identification is unmistakeable; bright yellow with a dark bid
and curved bill. We both doubt it got there of its own accord; is it a
common aviary species? If so is anyone missing a male Sun-bird? I'd be
interested to hear any opinions you have on the matter.
