I'm with you Ricki,Migration watch was my favourite time of year and my favourite research method. The skies were amazing, the potential for rarities with cyclone season unsurpassed and of course the drama, the excitement and the spectacle of wader migration. There is nothing like it. Whenever I visit Broome in future, it is bound to be in March or April. A glass of champagne or a G&T just capped it off. Joy Tansey |
