Tropic birds on sugar loaf rock, Dunsborough WA

I have tried on a few occasions to see Red tailed tropic birds around sugar loaf rock, near Dunsborough, in SW of WA. So far I have been unsuccessful and I am just wondering if any one else has had recent success.
