Hi Chris
 
Not bad, but what about the grey morph of the Eastern Reef Egret which runs all over the shores in front of my place here at Broome? Perhaps this species received its common name before the dark morph was commonly known. I have formed the opinion, however, that the naming is rather abitrary.
