Spring migrants

White-winged Trillers, along with White-throated Gerygones, showed up at my place (30km south of Dubbo) last Friday. Have you noticed how many of the summer migrants have names like whistler, warbler, triller, songlark?

Also saw my first Painted Honeyeater of the season in the Capertee Valley yesterday.

Gotta love this time of year!
