Gooday all,
With the reports of Banded Lapwing at Molongle Creek and the Townsville
region generally, I wish to add the following sighting.
Sat. 19 June 2004 Atlas Count site Thurso Road 20 10 45S, 147 57 44E Qld. 2
adult birds feeding in a dry slightly grassed paddock.
The site is approx 40 km NW from Bowen at the Top of the Whitsundays.
