Further to my recent posting I have had several responses. The following
one sparked particular attention.

"Frank,

I was there on 31 March and also missed them. From my records, I have the
following statistics around April, from 1994 at the Farm:

March: 5 visits, 1 sighting
April: 8 visits, 4 sightings
May: 1 visit, no sightings
June: 4 visits, 4 sightings

Regards,

Gil Langfield"

This made me check my records since 1999 -

Jan; 3 visits, 2 sightings
Feb: 3 visits, 2 sightings
Mar: 4 visits, 2 sightings
Apr: 4 visits, 1 sighting
All other months; 13 visits, 13 sightings

Interestingly all 'hardhead dip trips', except for this month, were in '99
and '00. Perhaps their presence in '01 to '03 was drought related.

This does highlight my short memory span.

Cheers

Frank Pierce
