In response to complimentary feedback to my previous email I will
provide some more detail:
If your unsent draft has under the Subject line a Formatting Bar
with -
- Bold
- Italic
- Underlined
- Different font, font size or font colour
then the email is in Rich Text (HTML) format,
and will NOT be accepted by the Birding-Aus filters
My previous suggestions of how to set your PC to use
Plain Text for Birding-Aus messages are found in Birding-Aus archives
at

If you have ticked the Address Book entry for Birding-Aus
"Send E-Mail using Plain Text only" and then try to send a message in
HTML format
Outlook Express will give you an option message to change the format
before sending.

ps I sometimes have trouble opening a Web Page hyperlink from email so
I
- highlight the Web Page Address (ie URL = Universal Resource Locator)
(move the curser along the URL, while holding down the left mouse
button)
- Copy ("Ctrl" + "C")
- Click Start (bottom LH of desktop)
- Click Run
- Paste the URL into the "Open" box ("Ctrl" + "V")
- Click "OK"
