Recently one of the members of Birds Queensland reported an European Blackbird (a.k.a Common or Eurasian) at Coonabarabran, NSW (31 degrees 30 south)which is about 300km from the QLD border (28 degrees 30 south). I myself have seen them at Barraba (30 degrees 30 south)which is a little further north. I believe that they are spreading and I wonder what is the furthermost northern point they have been seen in NSW? Could anyone please tell me. Or has anyone seen one in Queensland?
