I have been fortunate to record vagrant Ospreys here at the Isa on several occasions. At another time, a single bird fished up and down the permanent pool in the Leichhardt River alongside the Moondarra Caravan Park.

My wife and I saw an Osprey at the above site on the 19/06/96 or the next day or both. My list does not record any more info than that. As Osprey occurr all the way from Cairns to Kurumba I did not think it very significant and kept no details.
