Michael uses half inch holes in his mesh to excludes some birds. Seems abit small to me. I use ordinary two inch chicken wire as I am aiming to exclude Turtledoves and Galah (there are just too many) but let in Rosella. I don't have any perches for the doves to land on so they have to fly in with their wings spread - it doesn't work for them. Can't keep out the Blackbirds as they are to cunning for me' Ian D |
