Before this subject is banned from the list, may I say that my sea-faring son swore by Blackmore's Ginger Capsules in seriously rough conditions on an oil survey ship. He found himself very popular when he could hand them out to miserable 'first-trippers'. I hasten to add that I have no connection with the firm whatever.
