Is it the case that some Swift Parrots remain in coastal Victoria over the Summer? My Daughter, a novice birder, is quite convinced she had three SP's in her garden at Jan Juc (near Torquay, on the coast, 120 Kms SW of Melbourne) actively feeding in a flowering Eucalypt. Is this very unusual, normal or totally unbelievable???
