Further to Mike Carters posting RE - Blue and White Flycatcher, the
details of behaviour and initial identification have been noted as:

Sex: Male

Species: Cyanoptila cyanomelana

Race: cyanomelana (nominate race)

First Seen: 12:45pm

Location: Frequenting the area around the bird baths.
Behaviour: Seen feeding on insects and appears to also have taken a liking
to the fruit of Eritia saligna. Has been present for over three hours and
moving through the lower sections of the acacia woodland.

Other Info: The bird has been seen by aproximately 20 people including
local birders and AWSG members. Grant Moreton who found the only other
specimen which was beachwashed in 1995 was also present during the day.
Many photos were taken and these will be released soon. Further sightings
will be recorded as they come to hand.
