looking for some information on recent sightings or known localities etc to help my Dad fill in a few of his "missing" species before he departs for the UK on 19 November.  Trip opportunities and ability to go too far afield from Sydney will be limited (due to time restraints imposed by my Mum!!), but we will be heading up into the Blue Mts and the Central Coast areas (bushfires permitting!) on day trips, plus spending time nearer to home (Turramurra).
Thanks
Tom Wilson

The target species are:

Banded Lapwing (still present on Cornwallis Rd Richmond? - we have dipped there 2X)
Quail species (any or all will do!)
Brush Bronzewing (I have heard reports for Red Hill Reserve at Oxford Falls)
Glossy Black Cockatoo
Gang Gang Cockatoo
Little Lorikeet
Boobook and Sooty Owls
Rose Robin
Flame Robin
Scarlet Robin
Logrunner
Pilotbird
Fuscous and Black Chinned Honeyeater
Masked Woodswallow (seen reports for the flocks near Pitt Town and Wilberforce lodged on 10 November)
