Hi birders

This morning as I was loading stuff into my car in Ascot Vale (inner
western Melbourne), I heard White-browed/Masked Woodswallows overhead
somewhere (like high flying sparrows for the uninitiated!). Peering
around in the bright sunlight I located them - about 50-60 White-browed
Woodswallows between where I live and the western edge of Royal Park -
more or less over the top of the Tullamarine Tollway just south of
Brunswick Road. There may have been Masked W/s amongst them, but I
didn't have time to look more closely. They were struggling north
against the wind.

Any others in Melbourne this morning or yesterday?

Lawrie
