I certainly can't beat any of the other records but will remember one Sunday
morning for the rest of my life.

At Ravensbourne National Park outside of Toowoomba (Queensland), my son and
I saw the following list of memorable birds in fifteen minutes after we
pulled up. Other, less exotic species were seen as well. I think the total
count was over thirty in the fifteen minutes.

Paradise Riflebird
Regent Bowerbird
Satin Bowerbird
Green Catbird
Noisy Pitta
Wonga Pigeon
Emerald Dove
Brown Cuckoo-Dove
Rose-crowned Fruit-Dove
White-headed Pigeon
Topknot Pigeon
Black-breasted Button-quail

Cheers

Terry Pacey
