Has anybody out there achieved this?

I was thinking about this whilst in the Hawkesbury (north-western Sydney) yesterday as there are or has been 3 species of Bittern about within a few km distance from each other at Cattai and Pitt Town. A few Black Bitterns are resident at Cattai, atleast one Little Bittern has also been about (probably more common than the very few seen) and there are no doubt some Australasian (Brown) Bitterns around (one I saw yesterday). The best I have achieved were two species in one day in Sydney - one Black and 2 Little Bitterns.

Another challenge are the most rails and crakes in a day. My best score for Sydney and anywhere is 7 species - Bailon's, Spotless, Australian (Spotted) Crakes, Buff-banded Rail and the easy Coot, Moorhen and Swamphen.

Are there any other great challenges - Nocturnal birds, Raptors etc.
Edwin
