Hello All, at Pitt Town Lagoon this morning there was a Caspian Tern so what you might say, well its the first one Ive seen or heard of in the Hawkesbury for the past 25 years. the Pectoral Sandpiper is still there as well as the Whiskered Tern. the Little Bittern didnt show at Pitt Towns Bottoms but the Banded Rail and Ballions are showing well. keith brandwood Birding-Aus is on the Web at www.shc.melb.catholic.edu.au/home/birding/index.html To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message "unsubscribe birding-aus" (no quotes, no Subject line) to |
