My Dad and I are planning a birding trip to QLD in December and January and wish to find out among other things information about access to Iron Range N.P.at this time of year. In the book Thomas and Thomas the author mentions flying to Lockhart River from Cairns. Does anyone know who flies there (if at all)and if transport can be arranged from Lockhart River. We also would like to find out if it is possible and sensible to drive to Musgrave area at this time of year.

We are also looking for contacts in Brisbane, Cairns, Mt Isa or anywhere else in coastal QLD so we can find out any up to date information on any thing special in the area. If anyone could help us with their phone numbers so we can ring when we arrive it would be terrific.

                        Thanks in advance Lee
