Okay here's my arf penneth :^D any chance of safely
changing the color? I treated the outside feathered
kids to a mid brown, near to the same color as moist
soil, it's a cheap and simple birdbath, and I get
musk's and swifts having a bathe, yep and they do
bathe, they tend to ease in like a novice swimmer
learning the breast stroke.

It was a nice item in "The Age" eh? and you'll capture
Hilary with home made popcorn but what about a
baseball match with bird teams :^D>>>>

Tonight's gardening Ozbeeb TV gardening show should be
good, nice Ozzie with that strange accent :^D>>>> I
bet Peter Cundall has got webbed feet.

Ooroo,
JAG mending nicely.

The Swift Parrot story in the Age yesterday encouraged
me to muster strength and great stamina to move my
rather large bird bath from the backyard and out to
the front yard under my very large gum tree full of
Musk Lorikeets (it has also turned into a rather
popular Flying Fox feeding tree each night). Does
anyone know if Musks bathe and could a bright blue
ceramic birdbath possibly put them off?

While I am not that hopeful of success, as absolutely
nothing has taken a dunk since I bought the bath, if
anything does come about I'm happy to serve tea,
coffee and home made popcorn!

It goes with saying that Swifties are more than
welcome to join in!
