Dear Aus-birders

A SOSSA Research trip out of Bateman's Bay last Sunday 31 March, 2002 was
most suprising.

We recorded the following unusual species for the date and location:

Campbell Albatross 1 second year
Shy Albatross 12 from a newly fledged 1year to 3rd year birds
BULLER'S ALBATROSS 3 adult
KERMADEC PETREL 4
WHITE-NECKED PETREL 1

It was a very strange day with no Jeagers apparent and only 2 Wedge-tailed
Shearwaters reocxrded.
