I've noticed a Noisy Miner collecting fur from our dog's blanket/bed over
the past few days.
Pizzey and Morcombe record NMs' breeding season as "June-Dec" and "Jul-Dec"
respectively.
Each year, here in Sydney, I hear, then find a NM fledgling (usually only
one) in our garden in mid to late April, suggesting that both authors have
incorrectly stated the breeding season for this species.
Unfortunately this is not a good news story as the last thing we need is
more Noisy Miners!
