Further to Michael Norris' note about the draft management plans for various
Ramsar sites in Victoria.

I've just downloaded some of the Western Port Draft Plan and found the close of
submissions for this one is 30 April 2002.

The plan has fauna (inlc. bird) lists and looks at all sorts of management
issues.  It would be well worth making a submission if you know of, or live
near, this wonderful bay.
