Dear John and All
News of the split will have gotten through to a large proportion of
the members of the OrientalBirding group by way of the latest
Oriental Bird Club Bulletin (Number 34), which carries an excellent
article on field identification of these two species by Pamela C.
Rasmussen, William S, Clark, Steven james Parry and John
Schmitt. For details on how to obtain a copy check out the 'Sales'
section of the OBC website at
www.orientalbirdclub.org or, better still, join the OBC.
