Yes, Rufous Treecreepers are common in the Stirling Range. Mostly where
there is wandoo (of which there are a number of areas), but also where
there is karri (a few areas plus the nearby Porongorups).
They can be semi tame in places. In the Porongorups I have seen them
hopping around a picnic area and around and under cars in the car park.
