Dear Stuart, We nearly choked on our porridge this weekend when we looked out our kitchen window on Saturday morning (13th) to find a male Sacred Kingfisher sitting on our side fence which is about 3 metres from the house. It briefly flew off (hawking?), then returned, before flying off to the East. What a great way to start the day! Cheers, Jan & Alan Flack West Brunswick (approx 4km North of Melbourne GPO) http://briefcase.yahoo.com.au - Yahoo! Briefcase - Manage your files online.
