Hi David One of the places to put on your list is Comerong Island (almost due east from Nowra on the maps). It is literally an island to which you have to cross by car ferry, so be careful with timetables. You then drive as far as you can go on the main (only) road to the other side of the island, and then walk not far. Cheers and Happy Times with Nature Irene Denton Concord West, 12 km from Sydney city, NSW Australia 33°50'17"S 151°05'25"E Greetings. Can anyone suggest any good places for waders/shorebirds in the Wollongong-Nowra area of NSW?
