Lyn and all "Orange-backed" form of Red-backed Wrens go as far south as the Barrington Tops area (but I think there are the odd more southern records all the way to the NSW central coast in the past) to my knowledge. Alan Morris would be best person to advise on this. I have seen several at Harrington and Crowdy Bay NP (approx. 300km north of Sydney) in the past . Edwin Vella |
