My cup runneth over! In the most perfect weather I was able to find the 'Big Four' for Steve Clarke in 2 hours!! On Lake Borrie, on Paradise Road ,were the Freckled Duck standing on the rocks, not far away were two Glossy Ibis. Further around in one of the ponds to the left of Borrie were three more Glossy Ibis. Around to Borrie South, exactly where Tim Dolby saw the Northern Shoveler on Friday afternoon , there it was again, very easy to see. There was no wind, the water still and the light was perfect. We continued around Borrie and exited onto Beach Rd and then down to the Spit. After a short walk the Orange-Bellied Parrots showed themselves. One flutter in front of us clearly showing its orange belly. Not a bad day! Shirley Cameron Werribee.
