Hi Birders,

Tim Dolby asked whether the Latham's Snipe seen at Edithdale wetlands today was an early arrival. The answer is yes, by two days. In most years, Latham's Snipe turns up in NSW about 15 August, so that the Edithdale bird is a smigeon early!! It must have been exhausted!
