With regard to animal food, HANZAB only records Mulga Parrots as eating
unidentified insect larvae. It would certainly be worth writing up and
publishing any observations that provide additional knowledge - such as
eating snails, a very interesting observation.
About Ralph Reid's suggestion of checking Barker & Vestjens Vol.1 - I
haven't looked at this, but it was published prior to HANZAB 4 and would
have been covered by the literature search for the food text on Mulgas in
the latter.
