That site for buying and selling your busines

It's unsolicited commercial email ("UCE" or more often "spam".)

By putting "Here's that site I was telling you about" or "here's the
information you asked for" etc. in the message, the spammer is trying
to avoid falling foul of their ISP's conditions of use (which normally
- and should - ban sending UCE/spam messages.)
