  Hi all

Making my second attempt to reach Round Hill in a couple of weeks (last time
the road was definitely not negotiable - but fabulous mud if you like that
sort of thing).

I wonder if anyone could let me know good localities for: Gilbert's
Whistler, Sthn Scrub Robin and Ground Cuckoo Shrike? Also any especially
good campsites for a camper trailer.

Haven't noticed any trip reports from Round Hill of late, but if anyone has
been
there recently I would be very interested to hear.

Many thanks in advance

Pat O'Malley

PS high point of the day: a young (White backed) Magpie learning good habits
by diving straight into a banksia in my garden and raiding a Blackbird's
nest. I'm sure it emerged licking its lips. The parent was looking on: so I
suspect the young bird was led to a target by the parent which left the rest
to instinct.
